The Busby Babes last photo

The players of Manchester United FC line up on the pitch at Belgrade before their European Cup quarter final match against Yugoslav side, Red Star Belgrade. The match resulted in a 3-3 draw that qualified United for the semi finals. The journey home, on 6 February 1958, proved ill fated, resulting in the Munich Air Disaster that killed 23 passengers including the "Busby Babes" Geoff Bent, Roger Byrne, Eddie Colman, Duncan Edwards, Mark Jones, David Pegg, Tommy Taylor and Liam Whelan.
